All UK orders are shipped via DPD on our standard delivery service which is 1-2 working days. You can also choose to upgrade your delivery at the checkout stage to ‘Next Day Guaranteed’ or ‘Guaranteed Saturday Delivery’.

USA orders are dispatched via DHL on an express 2 working day delivery service.  

Once we have dispatched your order you will receive a shipping email confirmation, so you know your order is on its way. The shipping email will contain all shipping information so you can keep track of your order. If no one’s at home and we are unable to deliver your item, you will be left a calling card and you will be able to arrange re-delivery or collection from your local depot.

Standard Delivery Service

All orders purchased before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day on our standard delivery service which is 1-2 working days for UK orders, and 2 working days for USA orders.

Next Day Delivery Service (UK only)

All orders purchased before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day for next day guaranteed delivery service. *Please note items purchased after 1pm Thursday on our ‘Next Day Delivery Service’ will be shipped Friday for delivery on Monday. Any items purchased after 1pm Friday will be shipped Monday for delivery on Tuesday. We do not offer next day service on weekends. If you wish to receive your item on Saturday, you must select our ‘Guaranteed Saturday Delivery’ service at the checkout page.

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery (UK only)

Please note for orders to qualify for our ‘Guaranteed Saturday Delivery’ service orders must be placed before 1pm Friday. Any orders placed after 1pm Friday will not be delivered on Saturday.

International Express Delivery Service

International USA orders are all dispatched via express delivery with DHL, shipping timescale is 2 working days.

International Orders

International orders can be processed online and paid either via Paypal or with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

International orders outside of the European Union may be subject to customs duty and tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. 

Bank Holiday Deliveries & Public Holidays

Real Watch Company and our delivery partners do not operate during Bank Holidays or any other Public Holidays. We are unable to dispatch or deliver items purchased during this period. We ask you to allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays and other Public Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. Important Notice: Bank Holidays and any other Public Holidays will override any express service you have paid for during checkout. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Delivery Delays

We always endeavour to deliver your order on time. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.

Lost Packages

For peace of mind all our orders are dispatched using a secure tracked and signed for service with the correct insurance cover for losses or any damages. On rare occasions we may experience losses whilst in transit.  Please get in touch with our customer service team if you think this may be the case with your order and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will endeveour to replace or refund orders lost in transit however once courier tracking confirmation is received of an order being deliverd and signed for at the delivery address our liability ceases. We will make every effort to describe all our watches as accurately as possible.  However we accept that occasionally not all items received are as you expected and we therefore offer a ‘Hassle Free 14 Day Return Policy’ for our UK and USA customers. Goods may alternatively be exchanged within a period of 14 days from date of dispatch.

If you wish to return your item please contact us either via email at or via our live chat requesting a refund or exchange. Please then return your parcel to us via a tracked postal service at our registered head office address. Please also include a copy of your invoice or packing slip and advise us the reason for the return whether it's a refund or exchange etc.

UK customers may return orders back to our head office, USA customers should return orders to the below address, these address details will be included in the pre-paid USPS postage label:

You must report any faults within 72 hours of receipt of the item and you have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Return and Exchange Eligibility:

All returned or exchanged items must be:
  • Returned within 14 days of the date of dispatch, in new condition and in their original packaging.
  • Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • Ship via a tracked or signed for postal service. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Exchanges may be returned within 14 days from date of dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:
  • Any signs of wear.
  • Parts of the item are missing.
  • Plastic seals and/or tags on the item have been removed. 

To return your item(s) as unwanted, you have 14 days to inform us via email or live chat. From this date, you will have a further 14 days to return your item(s) to be eligible for a refund. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded with the original payment method you used to place your order.

If there is any noticeable discrepancies or damage when you receive your order, or if the wrong item was delivered please notify us as soon as possible. Upon receiving your return we will endeavor to refund you the same day however during exceptionally busy periods may take up to a maximum of 48 hours.
